· Expect approval from USDA on sustainable brand application.

· Primarily focused on using its 3G technology to develop new or expanded large-scale projects with strategic partners like Kreider Farms.
· Anticipate beginning development of first 3G facility by year's end (2016) that is projected to generate upwards of $45mil+ in revenue.
· Project an additional 3-5 similar projects in development pipeline by the end of 2017.
· Expect continued policy change at federal levels that increases support of nutrient control projects, such as the recent introduction of the federal energy investment tax credit.
