All Officers and Directors resigned from their respective positions with PLAD, INC. a Utah Corporation. Leaving Mr. Forsythe as the Sole Officer and Director. The current management team is currently in negotiations with several companies to merge into the public company, which will result in a name and symbol change. The Company has just begun negotiations and is hopeful it will have a final candidate and fully executed agreement within the next 90 days.
