SW Innovative Holdings, Inc., also known as Everybody's Phone Company, incorporated on September 2, 2003, is a development-stage company. The Company offers local and long distance service on a prepaid basis in the Houston, Texas area. The Company's local services include a bare bones product providing unlimited local dial tone and 911 emergency access, with the option of several customer calling features, for an additional fee, including Call Waiting, Caller ID, Call Forwarding and Speed Dialing. The Company's services can be purchased individually or in a package at reduced rates.
The Company provides landline telephone service to its customers using the existing landlines installed and owned by AT&T or Verizon. The Company sells pre-paid local and long distance phone service called plain old telephone service (POTS). The Company purchases phone services from the incumbent local exchange carrier at discounts and resell the service on a prepaid basis at a premium, allowing profit margins.
