AUCI - Must Read

 A number of shareholders have inquired as to why
Auctions would merge with a movie production company. This was
explained in the press release issued on November 20, 2012 (see
below) but to summarize: Rangemore and Auctions are working together
on a television program where viewers can bid on items being
displayed. The program will be filmed in the studios operated by
Rangemore and will utilize bidding software provided by Auctions.
During the negotiations, the opportunity presented itself for
Auctions to not only work with Rangemore but to merge. The
management of Auctions reviewed the opportunity and felt it was in
the best interest of the company and its shareholders to proceed with
the merger.
